What could you need before receiving the keys?
The deposit is not the full upfront cost. We separate property, mortgage and provider charges so the starting figure is more realistic.
Dubai example only using the full published sale registration fee. Bank processing, valuation, Takaful, agency and conveyancing costs are not included.
Compare the arrangement, not just the headline rate.
A lower starting rate may not produce the lower overall cost.

Questions before you start
Clear answers without turning an estimate into a promise.
Does this tell me I qualify?
No. It is a preliminary planning result based on published limits. A provider must assess income, commitments, credit history, property and documents.
Is My Halal Home a lender or broker?
Not currently. The UAE operating and licensed-partner model must be confirmed before public product promotion or applications begin.
Why does EIBOR appear in Islamic finance?
Some providers use EIBOR as a pricing benchmark. The contractual structure and Sharia governance remain separate questions that must also be reviewed.
Will the comparison cover every emirate?
The first verified release will focus on Dubai. Other emirates will be added only when their costs, ownership rules and provider data are properly modelled.
